Connect to Claude

Overview

Links Connect is available as a Claude Connector. Once connected, Claude can retrieve and analyze your organization's live business data directly in conversation.

Step 1 — Add Links Connect in Claude

Open claude.ai and go to Settings
Navigate to Connectors
Click Add Connector and search for "Links Connect"
Click Connect

If Links Connect does not appear in the directory yet, you can add it manually as a custom connector using the MCP URL: https://connect.thelinks.ai/api/v1/mcp

Step 2 — Authorize with Your Links Account

You will be redirected to the Links login page.

Enter your Links account email and password
Click Sign In

After signing in, a consent screen will appear asking you to authorize Claude to access your Links data.

Review the permissions listed
Click Allow

You will be redirected back to Claude automatically.

Step 4 — Verify the Connection

Once redirected back to Claude, Links Connect will appear as an active connector. Try a test prompt to confirm your data is accessible:

Summarize our outstanding and won HubSpot deals year to date.

Claude should retrieve and summarize your live deal data.

Disconnecting

To remove the connection at any time:

Go to Claude Settings → Connectors
Find Links Connect
Click Disconnect

This immediately revokes Claude's access to your Links data.

Troubleshooting

Issue	Resolution
"No data found" response	Check that your data sources are connected in the Links dashboard
Connector not appearing	Try adding manually using the MCP URL above
Login page not loading	Confirm you are on a Claude Pro or Team plan
Wrong organization data showing	Disconnect and reconnect to re-authorize with the correct account
Verification email received	Enter the code sent to your email to complete sign-in
