Links Connect
Connect Links to your AI assistant to access live business data from ChatGPT and Claude.
What is Links Connect?
Links Connect is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration that gives AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude direct access to your organization's live business data — including Stripe billing records, HubSpot CRM data, and more.
Once connected, you can ask your AI assistant natural language questions like:
- "Do we have any unpaid invoices this month?"
- "Summarize our outstanding HubSpot deals year to date."
- "Which contacts are associated with Acme Robotics?"
All responses are scoped to your organization's data only.
How It Works
Links Connect uses OAuth 2.0 to securely authenticate your Links account with your AI platform. Each connection is:
- Tenant-scoped — only your organization's data is accessible
- Read-only — no data is modified or deleted
- Revocable — disconnect at any time from your AI platform settings

Prerequisites
Before connecting, make sure you have:
- An active Links account at app.thelinks.ai
- Access to ChatGPT (Plus, Team, or Enterprise) or Claude (Pro or Team)
- At least one data source connected in your Links Connect Dashboard (Stripe, HubSpot, etc.)
